Tanya found a beautiful 3-bedroom house that matched everything I was looking for, and we made an offer within 72 hours of it being listed. She also recommended a fantastic mortgage company, and to our surprise, we closed in just 10 days. Her dedication and expertise made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Not only that, but she recommended a painter and several references for updating my home. Wow! Not only is she an realtor she provides knowledge and expertise to make your dream vision a reality!

Tanya was/is the best agent we could have asked for! Not only did she make sure that we had all the information that we needed, but she worked day in and day out to make sure we got the best of the best! She never made us feel like we were a burden, even if we felt like we had already called her 5 times that day with questions. She always kept us in the loop and was quick to answer our every phone call. She reassured us that our perfect home was out there when we had started to feel so defeated and she helped get us into our dream home! She treated us as if we were her own family and we cannot thank her enough for what she has done for us. We would recommend her over and over again to anyone and everyone we know! She will forever hold a special place in our hearts for being the kind hearted human she is and we are so thankful to have her in our lives throughout this whole process as first time home buyers!

Tanya is the best. She is patient, attentive and quick to respond to all correspondence. She went above and beyond in all aspects of the process. The seller’s real estate agent ignored Tanya and was blatantly rude and Tanya kept her professionalism throughout the whole process. Although the closing was delayed by a few days, by no fault of Tanya’s , it would not have happened at all if Tanya did not keep up on contacting and pushing the seller’s agent to do her job to get this done. Highly recommend her!!!
